Terms and conditions of sale

The purchase of products offered on the MAISON MORO website is governed by these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, including those applicable to purchases made in physical stores. MAISON MORO reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in force on the date your order is placed.

Article 1 – Seller Identification

The seller is PERFUMES OF TOMORROW HLDG, operating under the commercial brand MAISON MORO. The company's full legal details (legal form, share capital, Trade and Companies Register number, SIRET number, VAT number and registered office) are set out in the Legal Notice. Contact: contact@maisonmoro.com

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale consist of perfumes and fragrance products marketed under the MAISON MORO brand. They are described and presented as accurately as possible, including their essential characteristics within the meaning of Article L.111-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. MAISON MORO shall not be liable for any inaccuracies or discrepancies in the graphical representation of its products. Orders placed through the website are intended exclusively for private consumers and end-user businesses. The resale or commercial distribution of products purchased from the website is strictly prohibited. MAISON MORO reserves the right to limit order quantities or refuse unusually large orders.

Article 3 – Prices

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included). Shipping charges are displayed separately during checkout and are added to the price of the products. MAISON MORO reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. The applicable price shall be the price in force at the time the order is confirmed. Ownership of the products shall remain with MAISON MORO until full payment has been received.

Article 4 – Orders

The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to the shopping cart, provides the required delivery information, and confirms the order by accepting these Terms. Confirmation of an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and creates an obligation to pay. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer. This email includes the products ordered, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and the applicable Terms accepted by the Customer, and constitutes evidence of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the records maintained by MAISON MORO shall constitute proof of all transactions.

Article 5 – Product Availability

Product offers and prices remain valid while displayed on the website and subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, MAISON MORO will notify the Customer by email as soon as reasonably possible and will offer either:

  • a replacement product; or

  • cancellation of the order.

Where payment has already been processed, the Customer will receive a full refund without undue delay.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products purchased through the MAISON MORO website are shipped within Metropolitan France and to the countries covered by our Delivery Policy. Delivery times, shipping methods, and applicable conditions are detailed in our Delivery Policy. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before the Customer confirms the order. Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Customer. MAISON MORO reserves the right to dispatch orders in multiple consignments where necessary. If delivery is delayed by more than seven (7) days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, the Customer may contact Customer Service to cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable to deliveries outside the European Union shall be borne exclusively by the recipient.

Article 8 – Delivery Issues

Any delivery defect or delivery delay exceeding the indicative timeframe referred to in Article 7 must be reported to Customer Service as soon as possible by email at contact@maisonmoro.com. The Customer should inspect the goods upon delivery and, where possible, note any visible damage or irregularity (including opened parcels or damaged products) on the carrier's delivery receipt. The Customer must then notify MAISON MORO within three (3) days following delivery.

Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. Where products are delivered in multiple consignments, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final consignment. The procedures governing returns and refunds are described in our Returns and Refund Policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed by the Customer and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

Article 10 – Statutory Legal Guarantees

In accordance with applicable law, MAISON MORO will repair, replace, or refund products that are defective, non-conforming, or do not correspond to the order.

Statutory Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): The seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also liable for defects resulting from packaging. Claims under the statutory guarantee of conformity may be brought within two (2) years from delivery of the goods.

Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 and 1648 of the French Civil Code): The seller is liable for hidden defects that render the product unfit for its intended purpose or significantly reduce its usefulness to such an extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lower price, had they been aware of the defect. Claims under the warranty against hidden defects must be brought within two (2) years from discovery of the defect.

Article 11 – Liability

The limitations of liability set out in our Legal Notice also apply to purchases made through the website. MAISON MORO shall not be liable where the failure to perform its obligations results from the act of a third party, the fault of the Customer, or an event of force majeure. The products offered comply with applicable French and European legislation. Customers are responsible for verifying with their local authorities whether the importation or use of the products is permitted in their country.

Article 12 – Personal Data and Telephone Marketing

Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed by PERFUMES OF TOMORROW HLDG in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Where the Customer's telephone number is collected during checkout, it will be used solely for the performance of the order. In accordance with French law, Customers are informed that they may register free of charge on the French telephone marketing opt-out register (Bloctel) at www.bloctel.gouv.fr.

Article 13 – Mediation and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact MAISON MORO Customer Service at contact@maisonmoro.com in order to seek an amicable resolution. If no amicable solution can be reached, and in accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may refer the matter, free of charge, to an approved consumer mediator. The Customer may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:

Article 14 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. These Terms have been drafted in the French language. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
