Returns and refunds policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which you receive your order, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalty. Where goods are delivered in multiple consignments, the withdrawal period shall commence on the date of receipt of the final consignment.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at contact@maisonmoro.com before the expiry of the fourteen (14)-day withdrawal period, stating your order number and the products concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below, although this is not mandatory. Any other clear and unequivocal statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract will also be accepted.

Return of Products
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the products to the following address:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused, in their complete original packaging, together with a copy of the order confirmation or invoice. The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
For legal reasons relating to the transport of products containing alcohol, the following conditions apply specifically to perfume returns: the product must remain unopened and must be returned in its original packaging with the protective transparent film intact. Where a return concerns a product that was defective or damaged upon delivery, the Customer must ensure that the bottle remains hermetically sealed. If this is not the case, the Customer must contact our customer service department before returning the product.
Refund
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised within the applicable withdrawal period, the purchase price of the product(s) and the initial standard delivery charges will be refunded in full. Return shipping costs shall remain the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the returned products, using the same method of payment as that used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged to the Customer in connection with the refund.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed by the Customer and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene, including, in particular, perfume bottles that have been opened or used. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products or packaging that have been damaged by the Customer in such a way that they can no longer be resold as new.
Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective product or a product that does not conform to your order, please contact us immediately at contact@maisonmoro.com, stating your order number and providing a description of the issue. MAISON MORO will bear the cost of returning the product and will, at your option, either replace the product or issue a full refund, in accordance with the applicable statutory legal guarantees.
